I would like to submit a review on Peter’s help with the recent sale of our Colorado condo:

Peter Sotiopoulos was an indispensable player in our real estate transaction.  Because we live in Hawaii and wanted to sell our Colorado property, I needed a realtor to assist us I, and I knew Peter from his property manager days with Fourstar.

We made contact and Peter went to work immediately.  He took care of the requirements needed to get the property ready for sale: he arranged for contractors, cleaners, staging, and organized the myriad activities surrounding the sale.  He was always spot on with suggestions to improve the process going forward.  Thanks to his planning we had a offer within two days of posting and a long distance closing in a couple of weeks netting a higher return than expected.

Peter is highly professional, knowlegeable, articulate and personable. He’s a wonderful communicator who explains the little details in a manner that results in a clear understanding of the process.

He’s a top notch realtor. I know I chose the right person for the job.
